Shuguang 845B ubes factory matched pair w/o the top spacer for a more open sound, more air and detail, best value below WE version. The internal structure was reinforced so the top spacer was eliminated. 845B is a better tube than just an 845 contrary to some confusing descriptions you may have seen. The B has no top spacer and sounds better than the one with the spacer and is much better than the aluminum base one. USA stock re-tested directly heated triode Classic Series.Tested in USA to ensure quality. 845B is direct-heated type thorium tungsten cathode triode, which can be used as class A1 and AB1 amplification. This is an upgraded version vs the one with the top spacer.
